Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, email us at support@petdashian.com with your order number.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
