Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping takes 6–11 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on your location and product availability.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@petdashian.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
